This is an office building located on the square in downtown Gilmer, Texas. It sits south of the Upshur County Courthouse at 109
W Tyler Street. Several 9' by 14' offices are available for rent. A fully furnished conference room is available. See pictures below.
A fax, copier, printer and scanner all-in-one is also available for tenant use which is located in the kitchen/supply room. From the
convenience of your desk, you can fax or scan through the ethernet ports available in each office. High-speed internet service

Suites A and C are occupied by Daphne A. Grimes, owner of Tyler Street Executive Suites. She is a "Certified Public Accountant" with over 20 years experience preparing tax returns and financial statements.
